       Customized products

       Clearance or sale products

       Products damaged after delivery

 

 3. Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

 

 4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after:

       Product inspection

      Approval by the Brizzio quality team

 

Refund timelines:

 UPI/Card Payments: 5–10 business days

 Bank Transfers: 7–12 business days

 

 5. Refund Modes

Refunds will be processed through:

       Original payment method

       Bank transfer

 

 6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a product defect or transit damage, Brizzio may bear return shipping costs.
