1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Brizzio reserves the right to deduct the following:

●       Logistics charges

●      Packaging charges

where applicable.

 

 3. Cancellation by Brizzio

●      Brizzio may cancel orders due to:

●       Pricing errors

●       Product unavailability

●       Fraud suspicion

●       Technical issues

●      Incomplete customer information

 

 4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
