Damage Policy
At Brizzio, we ensure every product is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, customers must follow the guidelines below.
1. Eligible Damage Claims
Damage claims are accepted for:
● Broken basins or sanitaryware
● Cracked mirrors
● Transit damages
● Manufacturing defects
● Missing components due to shipping damage
2. Claim Reporting Timeline
Customers must report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.
3. Mandatory Proof Required
Customers must provide:
● Unboxing video without cuts or edits
● Product images
● Packaging images
● Invoice/order number
Claims without proper evidence may be rejected.
4. Inspection & Verification
Brizzio reserves the right to:
● Verify the damage claim
● Request additional images/videos
● Conduct a third-party inspection if required
5. Resolution Process
Upon successful verification, Brizzio may offer:
● Replacement
● Store Credit
● Refund (subject to approval)
6. Non-Eligible Damage Claims
Damage caused due to:
● Improper installation
● Mishandling after delivery
● Natural wear and tear
● Incorrect usage
● Unauthorized modifications
Will not be covered.
